Marrvelous Pet Rescues is almost entirely volunteer operated. We think of our volunteers as MarrVelous Pet Rescue Ambassadors and we are so proud of them. These good people support us in many ways: fostering a pet, distributing flyers, helping out at various events, transporting pets, and in oh so many ways. To say we are immensely grateful is an understatement.

Ongoing Opportunities:
E Newsletter/Blog - Recruit contributors, maintain distribution list, compose filler article, humor, photo, etc.
Administrative Assistance - Update and maintain computer records for medical record, animals in rescue, adopters, fosters, etc.
Foster Support - Track/Maintain schedule of heartworm prevention/flea and tick repellent, arrange temp fostering for vacations, create foster packets, maintain foster list, create appreciation program for fosters, recruit new fosters.
Yappy Hour - (1st Thursday of Every Month - Different Venues) - Circulate flyers, organize supplies to bring to Yappy Hour, create theme for the month (dog costume competition, best photo, best trick, etc.) run games, run raffle, take photos
Paddlin' & Pups - Circulate flyers, organize supplies to bring, coordinate on land activities
Projects
Spayghetti - Decorating, set up and clean up, Volunteer night of event, sell tickets, circulate flyers, help gather items for the Live and Silent Auction
WoofStock - Volunteer Coordinator, numerous opportunities!
