MarrVelous Pet Rescues & Adoptions is a 501 (c)3 not-for-profit corporation finding homes for animals in need of a family. Animals we adopt out often have medical needs prior to being placed in homes and funding for these services comes through donations from our supporters.
If you would like to help, but cannot adopt a pet at this time, we - and the animals - would be thankful for your donation. All donations are used exclusively for the animals, as the entire organization is run by an all-volunteer staff.

VINNY’S LEGACY
The St. Francis of Key Largo
Joseph V. Dalena, Jr., known as Vinny in Key Largo and Junior to his family, passed away April 8, 2011, after a long struggle with cancer.
Vinny lived a modest life by the ocean in Key Largo where he cared for his 4 cats as well as all the wild life that surrounded him. His life’s passion was centered around his love for all animals. The iguanas, raccoons, birds, stray cats and dogs all received love and care from Vinny.
Before he fell ill, Vinny spent most of his free time volunteering at local shelters, the Wild Bird Center and most of all helping the homeless cats in the Keys. He gave his time, money and efforts to helping find homes for these furry creatures.
This fund has been created in Vinny’s name to help carry out his life’s passion. Donations will be used in providing the care needed for homeless animals before being placed in a loving home.
